In order to install water mains for Illinois American Water, G.A. Rich & Sons will be closing one lane of First Street between Willow Street and Springfield Avenue. First Street traffic will not be interrupted as a lane of northbound and a lane of southbound traffic will be maintained and shifted through the area. The lane closure will begin on Monday, March 23, 2015, and will reopen on Monday, March 30, 2015, weather permitting.
