In order to remove three trees at 821 South Neil Street, a contractor, Michael Poor, will be closing one southbound lane of Neil Street. Also, in order to facilitate the removal of the trees, the 100 west block of Charles Street between South Neil Street and South Randolph Street will be completely closed. The work is planned for Friday, November 14, 2014, between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m., weather permitting.
