Insituform Technologies will be constructing a new storm sewer liner on the west parkway of Edwin Street between Washington Street and Church Street. In order to complete this work, traffic on Edwin Street will be narrowed to a single, shared lane, and work hours will be extended through the night of Wednesday, October 1. Operations will begin at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, October 1 and are planned for completion by 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, weather permitting.
The public is encouraged to obey all construction signs or plan alternative routes to avoid this work.
