What I Like! A Kid’s Collection of Songs and Smiles, produced by the Champaign Public Library, was included in a list of” Best Music For Little Ones” compiled by School Library Journal. The list appears in the July 2014 issue. The CD includes original songs by David Howie and features library staff members and local musicians. It was recorded at Pogo Studio in Champaign.
What I Like! also received a Parents’ Choice Foundation Recommended Award in 2012.
The CD is sold nationally to public libraries through AVCafe and can be purchased at the library or by calling 403-2050. Price is $12.00 with proceeds going to support library programs.
