Champaign Public Library Nanette Donohue to Serve on National Fiction Award Committee

Champaign Public Library’s Nanette Wargo Donohue has been chosen to help select the winning books for The Reading List awards, highlighting the best new fiction in eight categories. Donohue will serve two years on a 12-member national committee of readers’ advisory and collection development experts, under the auspices of the Reference and User Services Association, a division of the American Library Association.

Donohue is the library’s adult services assistant manager and has been with the library since 2003. She said committee members will be expected to read and consider about 150 books annually.
