English Brothers have experienced complications with their precast panel installation. The scheduled plan has been altered as follows.
In order to set a crane and place precast panels at 217 N. Neil Street (Hyatt Place hotel), English Brothers will be closing the following lanes of Church Street and Neil Street adjacent to the property:
Monday, September 9 through Wednesday, September 11
(SOUTHBOUND LANE OF NEIL ST)
One southbound lane of Neil Street will be closed between Church Street and Park Street from Monday, September 9, 2013, to Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 6 p.m. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area. The lane of Neil Street will remain closed overnight during this period.
Wednesday, September 11 through Friday, September 13
Monday, September 16 through Tuesday, September 17
(EASTBOUND LANE OF CHURCH ST)
Once Neil Street precast panels are placed and the lane of Neil Street has been reopened, the eastbound lane of Church Street will be closed between Randolph Street and Neil Street. This lane closure is scheduled to start on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, through Friday, September 13, 2013, at 6 p.m. The lane will be reopened over the weekend. The lane will once again close on Monday, September 16, 2013, through Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Traffic will only be permitted to travel westbound in the area during this closure.
