In order to accommodate construction activity at 124 N. Neil Street, Wells and Wells Construction, Inc. will close one southbound lane of Neil Street between Church Street and University Avenue, starting on Monday, August 19, 2013. The contractor anticipates three to four weeks to complete the work, and the lane will be closed on and off during this time period. The hours of closure have been limited from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
