Stark Excavating continues to make progress towards the project completion. Stark is currently working on the placement of the topsoil, rip rap and general project clean up along 4th Street. Champaign Signal and Lighting (CSL) has completed the construction of the traffic signals at 4th St. and Windsor Road. CSL is working to complete the streetlight along 4th Street from St Mary’s Rd to Windsor Rd. Remaining work to complete the project includes the stage 3 pavement and sidewalk on Hazelwood. This work is scheduled for next week. The project is on schedule and on budget for a fall completion date in 2013.
