In order to remove the earth retention system and to backfill at 217 N. Neil St. (Hyatt Place hotel), English Brothers and DUCE Construction will be closing a lane of Neil Street.
- On Tuesday, May 28, 2013 and Wednesday, May 29, 2013, a southbound lane of Neil Street will be closed between Church Street and Park Street. The closure will occur between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
