Stark Excavating has completed storm sewer construction on Hazelwood Drive and has begun the removal of the roadway earth excavation. This work should be completed within a week, which would allow the roadway base preparation to begin on Hazelwood. Once this work is complete, the paving on Hazelwood can be completed. In the meantime, Stark continues to work on the PCC Sidewalk along the west side of Fourth Street and CSL is working on the traffic signals at Fourth and Windsor. The project is on schedule and on budget for a fall completion date in 2013.
