In order to complete a large concrete pour at 217 N. Neil St. (Hyatt Place hotel), English Brothers will close Church Street between Neil Street and Randolph Street on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. Through traffic will not be allowed in the area; however, customers to First Bank and those who require local access will have an entrance available at Randolph and Church. The public is encouraged to obey all construction signs or plan alternative routes to avoid this work.
