The STAR Awards/Expo will be held on April 25 from 5:30-9 pm at the Hilton Garden Inn. The Expo allows for an annual community education and networking opportunity. Vendors are able to showcase their latest projects, initiatives, products, services and information, followed by the STAR Awards ceremony recognizing STAR Award nominees and award recipients for their contributions to the Champaign community and its neighborhoods.
The deadline is approaching for nominations for this year’s STAR Awards. Those wishing to make a nomination should visit www.ci.champaign.il.us/star. The deadline to submit a nomination is February 25 at 11:59 pm.
