In order to perform gas work on Kirby Avenue, Ameren Illinois will be closing one westbound lane of Kirby Avenue between Western Avenue and Mattis Avenue. The work will begin on Monday, February 11, 2013, and will end by Friday, February 22, 2013, weather permitting. The lane will be closed at 8 a.m. and will be reopened by 5 p.m. each working day. Westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
