North First Street Association hosted a “Halloween Extravaganza” in the “haunted” Prosperity Garden north of the Police Department on October 31 from 3-5:30 pm. This was a free event for all ages featuring treat bags and refreshments provided by the Champaign Police Department, Halloween arts and crafts, costume parade, games and face painting. In addition, costumed lawyers from the Champaign County Bar Association provided free legal information.
