Rains have caused a few delays in construction. In the last week, we have been able to construct the asphalt surface on St. Mary’s Rd, ½ of the St Mary’s Rd/Fourth St intersection and the 6’ PCC sidewalk along Fourth St. Stark Excavating plans on paving both Gerty and the east half of Hazelwood by early November, weather permitting. The project is on schedule and on budget for a fall completion date in 2013.
