2012 Neighborhood Paving Project

The 2012 Neighborhood Paving Project is an annual project that paves aging City streets by overlaying them with new layers of asphalt. This prolongs the life of the pavement and provides for a smoother riding surface. This project concentrates work on asphalt surfaced neighborhood residential streets.

On Monday, September 24, 2012, Cross Construction Company will begin paving in the Holiday Park Neighborhood (north of Kirby Avenue & west of Kenwood Road). There will be intermittent lane closures throughout the construction period, however one lane in each direction will be open at all times. Access to driveways will be open at all times. Work is expected to take an additional two weeks to complete.
