In order to repair a water main, Illinois American Water and DUCE Construction closed Windsor Road between Rising Road and Mullikin Drive. The road closure began on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, and will reopen by Tuesday, September 11, 2012, weather permitting. Through traffic will not be allowed but local traffic will still be able to access their properties from the east (Mullikin side). All efforts will be made to complete construction, restore pavement, and reopen as quickly as possible.
