In order to relocate a storm sewer line related to the installation of a water main, Illinois American Water and DUCE Construction will be closing Windsor Road between Rising Road and Mullikin Drive. The road closure will begin on Monday, August 6, 2012, and will reopen on Friday, August 10, 2012, weather permitting. Through traffic will not be allowed but local traffic will still be able to access their properties from the east (Mullikin side). All efforts will be made to complete construction, restore pavement, and reopen as quickly as possible.
