Annual Alley Maintenance
Beniach Construction will complete the work on the alley in the block bounded by University Avenue, Elm Street, Clark Street and Lynn Street by Friday, August 10. A few items (punch list) of work will remain. Lawn restoration will be done in September.
Neighborhood Infrastructure Repair
Beniach Construction has completed sidewalk repairs on John Street from First Street to Fourth Street and on Fourth Street from Green Street to Armory Avenue. Lawn restoration will be done in September.
This project repaired sidewalk tripping hazards and constructed ADA compliant sidewalk ramps where needed.
