In order to install a water main, Illinois American Water and Cross Construction will be closing Jacks Boulevard between Rising Road and Talans Lane. The road closure will begin on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at 7 a.m. and will reopen by Friday, July 13, 2012, by 5 p.m. Local traffic can still access properties from the east. All efforts will be made to complete construction, restore pavement, and reopen as quickly as possible.
