The 30th episode of “Champaign Connection” runs on CGTV thru the end of June.
• Anthony Cobb (Chief of Police) introduces himself to the community and provides viewers a look at the man behind the badge. Learn about his management philosophy and goals for strengthening the bond between the Champaign Police Department and the community.
• Mishauno Woggon (Planner II) provides safety tips and a refresher on the rules-of-the-road for cylists. Learn how Champaign is encouraging the increased use of bicycles, bike lanes, and bike repair stations around town.
• Dave Clark (Assistant City Engineer for Transportation) previews the various construction projects that Public Works will be working on during this busy construction season. Hear what projects they have planned and how it could impact you.
Champaign Connection is an award-winning 30-minute news magazine which helps the City better communicate with its residents. The show airs on CGTV (Comcast channel 5 and U-verse channel 99) nightly at 6:30 PM. The show is also available on-demand on the City’s website at ci.champaign.il.us/cgtv. Champaign Connection is produced by the Information Technologies Department with input from the Communications Advisory Committee.
