UPDATE: Mr. James Stout was located at a residence in Terre Haute, Indiana. It was reported that he was found safe and unharmed.
The Champaign Police Department is asking for your help in locating 62 year-old JAMES STOUT.
Mr. Stout was last seen at Heartland Health Care Center of Champaign, 309 East Springfield Avenue on Monday morning. At that time, Mr. Stout informed staff that he was heading outside to smoke, but never returned to the facility. It is unknown if Mr. Stout intentionally left the premises on his own accord or if he is in need of medical or police assistance.
The Champaign Police Department would like to locate Mr. Stout and confirm that he is safe.
White male;
6’0” tall;
Thin build;
