Lt. Michael Paulus authored an article on Champaign County’s Excited Delirium protocol for the Force Science Institute April 2012 Newsletter. The Force Science Institute is dedicated to the study of human dynamics in high stress, rapidly unfolding force encounters. Through classes and consultation, the Institute strives to facilitate the application of Force Science concepts during investigations, training and the evaluation of officers’ behavior during force encounters.
