The Human Resources staff will be administering the entry level Police Officer candidate test at the I-Hotel & Conference Center in Champaign this Saturday, March 24 at 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Approximately 300 candidates are expected to attend this exam, and will be tested in the areas of: Arithmetic, Reading Comprehension, Grammar and Incident Report Writing.
The 100 candidates with the highest scores will be interviewed by the Police & Fire Commission next month. The combined scores from the written test & interviews will determine the rank order of the candidates.
