Thirty-one year old Jackie T. Nolan was arrested by Champaign police for unlawful possession of 500 grams or more of cocaine with the intent to distribute.
During a narcotics investigation, a search warrant was served at Nolan’s residence at 2912 Blair Drive and 4.8 pounds of suspected cocaine, 2.7 pounds of cannabis and a large sum of cash was recovered from the home.
Nolan was arrested on July 16, 2010, and transported to the Sangamon County Detention Center, pending the filing of formal charges in the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Nolan was under federal supervised release at the time of arrest.
Champaign police will continue to investigate this case for further leads.
